How is a deal counted as won?
Automatically. When the client pays an invoice in your GoHighLevel, we detect it and mark the deal won — including recurring/subscription payments, which keep accruing as MRR.
Who holds the money?
You do. The closing agency collects the deal, and the owner share + platform fee are invoiced through GoHighLevel. Funds move between your own Stripe/GHL — the platform never holds them.
What does it cost?
Free to join. On the free plan you can enrol in up to 3 campaigns and receive routed leads — and during our launch promo you can create 1 campaign per month. A subscription removes the caps (unlimited campaigns & enrolments) and unlocks partner trust scores and owner messaging. A 10% platform fee applies to closed deals; you set the owner/closing split per campaign.
Is my territory protected?
Yes. Territory is exclusive per campaign — each state or city can be claimed by only one agency, and taken areas are hidden when others enrol.
What if a partner doesn’t pay their share?
Invoices are due within 7 days. Past-due, unpaid agencies are suspended from receiving leads and enrolling until they settle — so everyone plays fair.
